Ryan Milton Personal TrainerRyan comes to us from Grass Valley, CA where he trains in a studio that mimics Rocky’s philosophy and standards of training. Ryan’s knowledge of body mechanics coupled with his sincere desire to help clients meet their training goals, in addition to his ability to meet the needs of all levels of athletes, will add depth and intensity to all our workouts at Rocky’s.

Ryan’s passion for health and fitness began through his own personal experiences with weight loss. Motivated to change his unhealthy nutrition and sedentary habits he completely transformed himself becoming a health and fitness minded person with an active and healthy lifestyle. Ryan’s personal experiences, enthusiasm and energetic personality enable him to motivate his clients to achieve their fitness potential, improve their self-esteem and quality of life. Ryan has worked with a wide range of clients designing programs for strength and conditioning, endurance, general health and strength specific programs for seniors.
