3D Flexibility & Joint Mobilization

Course Description

This 7-hour course of classroom and hands-on instruction will cover the functional role of muscles in motion; how they act to decelerate mass, momentum and ground reaction force, and the inherent ability to load eccentrically prior to concentric contraction. Participants will learn to demonstrate and facilitate effective approaches to unassisted joint mobilization in order to unlock restricted movement patterns and reduce compensation in the human form. This course will expose the inherent problems with current strength & conditioning programs and give participants a new perspective to movement and fitness. Attendees will gain valuable information so they can implement strategies with the clients to improve strength, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce the likelihood of future injuries.
